Is my business affected by mandatory e-invoicing?
If your business is established in France and subject to VAT, including under the small-business VAT exemption, reception has been mandatory since 1 September 2026. In-scope B2B issuance applies to SMEs and microbusinesses on 1 September 2027 through an accredited platform.
