The company is represented by its President, Nathan Le Ray. No data protection officer has been appointed, as such an appointment is not mandatory given the activity carried out.

8. Retention periods

Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the stated purpose:

Client data: for the duration of the contractual relationship, plus statutory retention periods (notably 10 years for accounting records).
Technical data (logs): 12 months maximum.
Audience measurement: 13 months for visit details, then daily aggregate statistics only.

10. Cookies and trackers

Our websites may use cookies strictly necessary for the proper operation of the Services. They set no advertising or tracking cookies.

Audience measurement on sxnlabs.com and our offer sites works without cookies. It is carried out by SXN Labs in its Argos tool, hosted in France, and by Simple Analytics until the transition ends, on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving our sites. It records the pages viewed, the referring site, campaign parameters in the address (utm), the device type and browser, and actions on the site (playing a video, a contact request). Your IP address is only used to compute a fingerprint valid for one day, which cannot identify you, and is never stored.

You can object to this measurement: your choice is saved in your browser, site by site. Your browser's Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal is also honoured.
