AI audit: what is worth handing over to AI

Buying a subscription and then looking for something to use it on means paying before knowing. The audit works the other way round. We start from your teams' work and look at where AI really adds something.
The audit can also conclude that a regular program does the job better. In the system I described in July 2026, 29 of the 48 agents used no AI: a script was enough for the task.

Draft a customer reply from their request. Test on approved documents and have every draft reviewed before sending.

Calculate VAT and order totals. These calculations belong in the software, with their checks.
Investigate before deciding
Bring purchase-order lines into your tool. Check document quality and import capabilities before estimating an integration.
The report also sets out estimated setup and usage costs for retained options, their limits and priorities. Your team or another provider can use it, with no commitment to further work.

How do you set the audit's duration and price?
The free first conversation identifies the tasks to review, tools in use and people to meet. I then quote for the diagnosis alone, with its scope, duration and deliverable. Any implementation is a separate decision.
Do we need to prepare anything?
We choose sample documents and decide before testing what may be sent to an AI service. Confidential information is removed or kept out.
What happens after the audit?
You are free to choose. The deliverable belongs to you and can be handed to another provider. If you wish, I implement the use cases you select.
What if the audit concludes AI is of no use to us?
Then you will know before paying for a tool or a project. The deliverable also points out what a regular program or a better management tool could simplify.
