Bringing AI into your software
Your teams spend hours reading documents, copying information or writing the same letters. AI can take on part of that work. I build it into the tools you already use, or into software designed for you, and the decision stays with your team. I come and see you on site in Brittany.
Let's look at your caseSpecific tasks that come back every day
Reading and sorting documents
Letters, purchase orders, meeting notes. AI reads them, files them in the right category and flags the ones that need action.
Writing a first draft
A reply to a customer, meeting notes, a product sheet. AI suggests a draft, your team reviews it, fixes it and sends it.
Finding a piece of information
A date, an amount or a customer name buried in a document. AI finds it and puts it in the right place in your software.
What I have already built with AI
MyWai
Relatives send photos and anecdotes, AI turns them into a story, then the user reviews and adjusts the text before the book is printed. The first chapter is free so the quality can be judged before ordering.

It sorts my email, prepares drafts and summarises my projects' signals every morning. It sends no email to a client and publishes no quote without my approval.

AI rephrases, summarises and suggests. It can also get a date wrong or stop without warning. So I put it where a mistake shows and can be fixed, such as a reviewed draft or a sort that can be checked.
Calculations, dates and amounts stay with a regular program that always gives the same result. And I plan what your software does on the day the AI service does not answer.

Your current software
When your software can exchange information with other tools, AI plugs into it without changing your habits.
Custom software
When your tool cannot do that, or when you are missing one altogether, I design the software with AI in the right place from day one.

Your questions about AI in your software
Does my data go to an AI provider?
Part of the text being processed is sent to the chosen AI service. We decide together which service to use and what it receives, and information that must not leave the business is kept out.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
It sometimes does, which is why I keep it for tasks where a person reviews or checks the result. Anything that cannot tolerate a mistake, such as an amount or a date, is still computed by a regular program.
Do we need to change software?
Not necessarily. If your current software can exchange information with other tools, we start from it. Otherwise we look together at what is cheapest to evolve.
How much does an AI integration cost?
The price depends on the task and the tool involved. On top of that comes the usage cost of the AI service, which follows the volume processed. I estimate both before we start, and the AI audit is there to put a price on it before you commit.
A task AI could lighten?
Tell me what takes your teams time. I reply within 24 business hours, and we look together at whether AI is the right answer.
