Provide useful context, describe the expected result and specify which information to use, on a task chosen with you.
Review and correct a response
Compare the response with the source document, spot invented information and decide what needs correction or manual work.
Choose what may be shared
Distinguish approved documents from those that must be kept out, then write shared rules for the team.

A conversation with you to choose the tasks and documents the team will practise on.
The workshop
At your premises or by video call, in a small group, everyone practises on cases taken from their own work, with my help.
Written rules
We finish by writing the team's guidelines, such as what to hand to AI, what to review and which data never leaves.
Workshops are invoiced directly to the business, on quotation.
A customer-reply exercise
Prepare the case
Choose a customer request, describe the expected reply and remove data that must not be shared.
Draft, then check
Each participant drafts a reply using the chosen tool. We compare it with the source and correct errors, omissions and unnecessary wording.
Keep a reusable method
The team takes away the request we worked on, the points to check and the document-sharing rules written together.

Your questions about AI training
Who are the workshops for?
Freelancers, small businesses and any team that handles documents, emails or quotes, with no particular technical knowledge. The exercises start from your trade.
How many people per workshop?
A workshop brings together 8 people at most, so everyone practises at their own computer. For a larger group, let's talk. Duration is agreed before the quote.
Can you come to our premises?
Yes. Based in Brest, I come on site across Brittany. The workshop can also run by video call.
Do we need a paid subscription to an AI tool?
Not necessarily. We choose the tools together based on your uses and on what you are willing to send them.
Is this workshop enough to comply with the EU AI regulation?
A workshop can help train staff, but it does not certify your business's compliance. Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 has provided for AI literacy measures. In its version amended in July 2026, no specific level is required of each person. The measures to take depend on your uses.
